This series of two-family dwellings (one built, one in progress, more to come) are intended to densify predominantly single family neighbourhoods, allowing for greater affordable home ownership. This question of affordability manifests itself also in budget: the dwellings are built economically but don’t need to look it. 

These homes are modest architectural works that serve a purpose while still maintaining a sense of architectural form and whimsy.
